Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales Efforts: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for technology solutions including Cloud, Cybersecurity, IoT, and AI.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating how Eunoia Solutions can address their challenges with our technology offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels of customer organizations.
  • Solution Selling: Present and pitch complex technical solutions in a way that addresses business pain points, provides clear ROI, and aligns with client objectives.
  • Market Insights: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, marketing, and product development teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, providing regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage the full sales cycle, including proposal generation, contract negotiations, and closing deals.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on technology solutions (Cloud, Cybersecurity, IoT, AI).
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), Cybersecurity tools and protocols, IoT ecosystems, and AI/ML technologies.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with experience in B2B solution selling.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Networking Abilities: Extensive network within the technology and enterprise sectors.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling into verticals such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales processes and long sales cycles.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management.
